Tango&Fado
Meet Pablo & Carlos
From student flats in France to field blends in Dão, this wine is a story of friendship, roots, and return. Pablo Huarte (Tango) and Carlos Raposo (Fado) met while studying oenology in Burgundy and Bordeaux, completing their MSc in Viticulture & Oenology at two of France’s most respected wine universities.
As foreign students surrounded by centuries-old French wine culture, they quickly bonded over their shared background, big dreams, and long nights of tasting, debating, and imagining the wine they would one day make.Tango & Fado is that wine—rooted in Dão, shaped by years apart, and born of the deep rhythm of reunion.
